Lecithin is substance of the natural origin obtained by processing of soya beans. It belongs in the area of fats with the name phospholipids. Its main ingredients are vitamins of B group, choline and inositol. It is indispensable for the brain activity - it increases capability of concentration, makes learning procedures more efficient, contributes to improvement of memory as well as to growth of energy and freshness. It has positive influence on level of cholesterol in blood, since it helps at dissolution of fat and cholesterol sediments in the bloodstream of the organism.
