This preparation contains a natural marigold extract - a source of the carotenoid lutein. Lutein is a strong antioxidant and has a significantly favorable effect on your eyes. Lutein is contained in the eye lens and in the macula in the retina. It protects the retina and the eye lens against free radicals, which prevents their damage, and thereby contributes to retaining sharpness of vision and limiting the chance of cataract.
