A combined preparation contains calcium, magnesium and vitamin C. These substances serve as a prevention of osteoporosis (thinning of bones), they effectively encourage the growth of bones during pubescence; they are suitable during disease and recovery, in particular after injury with fractures. Calcium is the basic building block for the structure of bones and teeth. Its deficiency causes thinning of bones - osteoporosis. Bones are then more fragile and susceptible to fractures. That is why it is suitable to supplement the organism with calcium as a prevention of osteoporosis. There is usually not enough calcium in our diet. Sufficient quantity of calcium is important for children during growth and pubescence, for pregnant and breastfeeding women, but also for all people in middle and older age as a prevention of osteoporosis. Magnesium helps the utilization of calcium in the body. Vitamin C has many functions in the human organism. From the point of osteoporosis prevention, vitamin C is vital for the creation of collagen - a substance that forms the structure of muscles, vascular tissue, bones and cartilages, and furnishes them with strength and elasticity. It is also an important antioxidant, protecting organism cells from free radicals from the polluted environment.

The preparation is also suitable during stress and overload of organism, during increased physical and mental strain and during colds and infections. It serves as means of quick reduction of fatigue and increasing vitality. The regular use of this preparation has a preventive effect against joint inflammation and cardiac and vascular diseases.

Recommended dosage: Adults and children from 12 years 1 tablet, children from 6 to 12 years 1/2 tablet. Not suitable for children under 6 years. Without added sugar. Suitable also for diabetics.
