4. June 2009 | All the best, best wishes; Wishing all the best of health and luck can be taken for granted, just like our health. Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky to be able to take health for granted and have to exercise and work for it. However, there is another group of people who have never had the chance: children. In Vitar, we wanted to help.
Vitar are a leading Czech company in the development of vitamins and supplements for a healthy lifestyle and our daily work brings us into contact with specialists from the fields of science and humanity. Through our expertise and professionalism we want to empower the specialists who work with children on a daily basis, improving the health of those children.
For this reason we have chosen the Kapka naděje (A drop of hope) Endowment Fund as the vehicle for our support. Kapka naděje was established in 2000 by Mrs. Vendula Svobodová and is a reknown charitable organization in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to permanently and continually support a transplant centre and a haematological department at the IInd children´s clinic of the Motol Teaching Hospital. It helps those children with blood disorders and children whose disorder requires a bone marrow transplant.
VITAR has contributed CZK 100,000 every year since 2006 to the Kapka naděje Endowment Fund. This year sees that hope continue and develop: you can contribute to the foundation through us, by purchasing VITAR products with the Kapka naděje logo.
